This one hour workshop is offering you the chance to taster three of The Jungle Body programmes - TYGA®, JAGUA® and KONGA®
TYGA® is a fierce twerk-inducing, booty poppin, heart pounding dance workout choreographed to the best of R&B, Hip Hop, Dancehall, Latin and Afro beats. You can slay up to 600 calories whilst toning your physique and elevating your mood! The moves are super easy to follow (even for the uncoordinated), the energy in fierce and the beats are loud!
JAGUA® is a sculpting class choreographed to Hip Hop, Pop, Afro and Old School music. It is a body conditioning class that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, muscle tone and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back. JAGUA® takes inspiration from Ballet, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Hip Hop and Stretch classes. Be ready to squat and lift your entire body to your favourite songs.
KONGA® is an easy-to-follow, mood-elevating, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance and Sculpting set to the hottest beats. KONGA® is the all-in-one workout that will torch calories, tone up your body, make your soul smile & inject your body with an endorphin overload. Expect to squat, burpee, sprint and sweat like crazy while some big tunes transport you to your happy place. Whether you are super fit or totally uncoordinated, KONGA® is for you!
With an easy-to-follow format, this workshop is open level for ages 16+, all fitness abilities, men and women with no dance experience required. Expect a high energy, friendly and enjoyable atmosphere inclusive to all! Set in a studio with disco lights and all your favourite tunes to motivate. Justine encourages you to join the tribe, workout at your own pace and lose yourself in the music.
